Our Knowledge Management team is composed of professionals from 2 broad areas: subject matter experts (SMEs) and information and computer professionals.

Our SMEs work with our clients’ SMEs to capture data, information, and knowledge in these areas:

Our information and computer professionals, in concert with the SMEs, organize and develop the knowledge base in ways that make sense to our clients, then implement the knowledge base using sound design and technology.
