Aonghus O’Carroll Appointed Managing Director of Knowledge Reservoir (UK) Ltd.
HOUSTON, June 30, 2006 --- Dr. Ivor Ellul, CEO of Knowledge Reservoir, today announced that Mr. Aonghus O’Carroll has been appointed Managing Director of Knowledge Reservoir (UK) Ltd. Mr. O’Carroll will be responsible for Knowledge Reservoir’s activities in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The office is headquartered in Staines, outside London.
“The addition of Aonghus to Knowledge Reservoir’s UK based team strengthens our position in this growing segment of the company’s business. Aonghus has developed an excellent reputation in the oil and gas services and software sectors and brings a sharp business awareness to Knowledge Reservoir’s EAME operation, supplementing a strong team already in place in Staines”, said Dr. Ellul.
Aonghus started his career in the oil and gas industry as a computing geologist with BP in London. His extensive industry experience also includes technical applications, sales and business development assignments with several of the premier service and software companies in the upstream E&P industry.
